The Independent Commission for the Reform of International Corporate Taxation (ICRICT) is pleased to announce that four of its commissioners will advocate for a change of the taxation paradigm during three different events in the days to come.

Mr. Léonce Ndikumana, from Burundi, is Chair and Professor, Department of Economics, Director of the African Development Policy Program, University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He will be a panelist on Wednesday 25th April 2018 at 10:00 AM and discuss the recent progress and challenges faced by developing countries in domestic resource mobilization.

M. Govinda Rao, from India, is an Emeritus Professor at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy. He will chair a panel discussing the transition paths towards single entity taxation: building an international tax system for sustainable development.
Ms. Kim Jacinto Henares, is an International Consultant providing tax, legal and management consultancy for various entities, domestic and international. She will chair a panel discussing single entity approaches and how developing countries use various apportionment and profit-split approaches in their tax policies.

Mr. José Antonio Ocampo, ICRICT chair, is Professor and Director of the Economic and Political Development Concentration in the School of International and Public Affairs, Member of the Committee on Global Thought and co-President of the Initiative for Policy Dialogue at Columbia University. He will give a conference at the Universidad de los Andes, in Bogotá, about the strategies to fight against tax avoidance
