May 26, 2025.  Brazil’s assumption of the pro tempore presidency of the Latin American and Caribbean Tax Cooperation Platform (PTLAC) reinforces the region’s commitment to fair taxation as a tool to reduce inequality and fund sustainable development.

The Independent Commission for the Reform of International Corporate Taxation (ICRICT) encourages Brazil to build on the important groundwork laid by Chile and Colombia during their previous presidencies.
